2015 has been a great year for me, I’ve met many great people and have a good amount of success in my restaurant. For 2016 I would love to introduce new dishes to my Greek restaurants menu, improve the decor of my restaurant, and expand throughout Miami.

I’m thankful for all who support me and my restaurant with loyal continued business and most of all warm friendship.

So much good has come in recent months and I look forward to the next year which will provide more opportunities to continue doing good and providing delicious Greek food to Miami.

Cooking Greek Octopus

With Greek cuisine having so much variety including many types of seafood, octopus is one of the tastiest traditional Greek dishes I love to make.

I started with a fresh octopus, and a large pot full of water. I brought the water to a boil, with special seasonings and let it cook for over an hour.

Afterwards, I prepared the octopus by filleting the parts and leaving the rest for a delicious sauce.

These parts can be eaten when cooked, with a tasty and natural Greek octopus dish or it can be prepared as a fried dish.
